Who is this for? – Well, this is dedicated to couples, who are coming to Barcelona to spend some romantic days here. Many of them make a trip as a birthday or anniversary gift or surprise.

Our solution! – We can make your trip extra special by offering these services: 5-10% discount for “Aire de Barcelona”, a relaxing Arab SPA , a 10% discount at Café Princesa and romantic food basket (with champagne, strawberries & chocolates, etc).
 

El Ancla restaurant (Avenida de Carmen Sevilla, s/n)
Situated in a privileged area, on the banks of the Mediterranean Sea at San Pedro de Alcántara, lies the El Ancla restaurant. The quiet location is only at a few kilometers from Marbella itself and is perfect to enjoy the scent of the sea. Aromas and flavours are merged into a marine cuisine known for the quality of the products, and its careful preparation. The dishes include delicious skewers of grilled sardines, meaty anchovies in vinegar, and beautifully cooked seafood.

Playa de Puerto Banús
Only a few meters from our apartments in Puerto Banús, you will find the beach that bears the name of its port: Playa de Puerto Banús. There is heavy competition between all the shops, bars and highly respected clubs (like the Ocean Beach or Buddha Beach clubs), showers, jetskis, kayaks and pedal boats. The entire beach is made out of dark sand and is virtually without stones.

Festival Terral of Malaga (July 2010)
From Marbella, you can escape the big city and get to know the city of Malaga. During all of July, the Festival de Terral Verano is celebrated in the theatres of Cervantes and Echegaray. It´s the perfect excuse to get to know the environment and the cities close to Puerto Banús. Below you will find a few concerts in advance: Álvaro Gastmans (1 July), Coque Maya (2 July) y M' Barka Ben Taleb (3 July).
 

Exhibition of Turner and the Maestros (Prado Museum – 22 June – 19 September)
Near the Magdalena 38 apartment, Madrid´s Prado Museum for the first time displays a total of eighty pieces originating from European and Northern American institutions from once came English artist Joseph Turner. His works can now be discussed and links between his creations and creations from other paintors, like Rembrandt, Rubens or Claudio de Lorena, can be made.

Sala Siroco invites you for their night of reggae (Calle San Dimas 3 – 1 July)
You can enjoy a night of reggae with the Thiandoum Brothers, Chema Ama and Jah Williams at Sala Siroco. It´s one of the few places in Madrid that offers concerts all year round and has a load of DJ´s, parties and other leisure activities next to that. The environment is warm and friendly in a London-like style.

El Telégrafo restaurant (Padre Damían 44)
During your stay at our apartments and situated in the heart of Madrid business, you may encounter a small port where you can taste probably the very best shellfish of Madrid. The seafaring spirit pointed out by the decorative elements, this restaurant has been awarded before and is considered one of the best seafood restaurants in Madrid.
 

Restaurant Pòsit Maritim (Moll d'Espanya, s/n)
Near our Atlanta apartment you can enjoy the most excellent kitchen of the Pòsit Maritim restaurant, near the Barcelona Aquarium. The restaurant offers a fine quality of marine food, including fish and shellfish depending the season, traditionally based on the meditteranean diet. The surrounding environment is that of the Costa Barcelonesa, which offers excellent views at the city´s façade as well.

Mecal Air, short performances outdoors at Poble Espanyol (4 June – 10 September)
At nightfall, Mecal Air begins. It´s an attractive and original mixture of short performances of audiovisual content and music, a splended idea for the summer weekends, which you can enjoy through Habitat Apartments. These ingredient, together with the chill out possibillities of hammocks , a wide variatie of music and video and the night´s view at Barcelona, you can enjoy all this to the full at Plaza Baluard del Poble Espanyol at Monjuïc.

AVVA (Barcelona Contemporary Art Museum – 1 July at 21:00)
If you are to stay in one of our Barcelona apartments, the Audiopantalla MACBA is an original recommendation. The exhibition is part of the Grec 2010 Festival and displays works the Japanese AVVA, a duo formed by Toshimaru Nakamura and Billy Roisz. Nakamura creates sound frequencies (feedback) and Roisz uses these electronic signals to generate optical patterns in motion and create a video from Nakamura's music.
 

4. Extra towels
Who is this for? – With strict baggage allowance nowadays on low cost flights you probably won’t have space to bring a towel.
Our solution! –  On the arrival day we already provide one set of towels per person (1 bath and 1 hand towel) included in your reservation, but on request we can leave you an extra set. Beach towels also available upon prior request before arrival. Price: 5 euros per set. 10 euros beach towel.
