Inside the building

The recently renovated apartments Alaia are all located in a traditional Eixample neighbourhood building. Thanks to the charming balconies and high ceilings in the apartments, you will find them to be very bright and spacious.

There are 13 newly listed Alaia apartments overall: 2 apartments on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, 3 apartments on the ground and 4th floors and an attic apartment. All of the apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and depending on the apartment, 1-2 bathrooms, and 1-3 bedrooms.

The area – Eixample

The famous geometric grid going from Gothic Quarter to Gracia, or in other words Eixample, is one of the best areas to live in Barcelona, as in the daytime it’s buzzing with activity whereas at night it’s a calm and peaceful place.
