In the heart of Trastevere district exists the answer: BISQUE is the seafood restaurant in Rome, located on the historic Via del Moro, where you’ll find a real marine space.
The owners are young and professionals of Italian food, with a true passion for food, wine and the pleasures of life.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly: entering the bar you’ll find a large bar with a wide array of fresh fish. The yellow and blue over the walls contribute to create a pleasant space where staying comfortably.
High level of quality and service, and most of all, the food! The idea is that you have to patient if you want their food. And it's well worth the wait. All dishes are cooked on the spot, with fresh ingredients and a good dose of imagination and creativity.
The specialties come from sea, but you can choice a wide variety dishes in the BISQUE menu. You can start with traditional bruschetta, vegetables in tempura or shrimp catalan salad; on to first course of sea they offer for example paccheri with red fish and zucchini crisp, and main course of sea such as tuna with Provencal herbs grilled.
For traditional Roman food lovers, they offer also carbonara or amatriciana.
There is also a good wine selection with famous labels and high quality.
Among the desserts are the evergreen tiramisu, sorbet, strawberries with whipped cream and chocolate fondues delicious white or black.
