Barcelona Pick of the week 17-23 May 2010

Camp Nou Museum

Citrus (Passeig de Gràcia 44)
A grand but cozy restaurant seated on a high quality location near the shoppingstreet. Right in front is a great window which gives you an excellent view of the passing shoppers. Recommendations are the grilled salmon with terragonsauce and chicken from the oven with weriyaki noodles. Leave some room for the pineapple cake with mascarporne or forrestfruitice in orangesoup. During evenings, Citrus is openend from 19:30, but there will not be very many people at that time. If you want to dine sometime later, it is recommended to make a reservation.

Bike Show (15th & 16th of May – Parque del Forùm)
Participants of the Bikeshow use everything they´ve got from their bike. This free of charge festival has every sort of competition for two-wheelers (and a few unicycles as well). Mountain bike races are switched for BMX-bikes that perform the most outstanding tricks and after that, the way is cleared for a short sprint track. Even stunts in a halfpipe or daredevils jumping over rocks or cars can be witnessed.
Visitors can amuse themselves on one of the different circuits or the children circuit whenever they want.
