How you can cook italian food like in the restaurant
Profit from the kitchen in your apartment and enjoy the products which are not availabe in your country
Having your own apartment has many advantages in your holidays:
- you are not depended on the eating time of the Hotel
- you feel more at home because of privacy
- you do not have neighbors next to the next wall
- you have your own kitchen and you can use it as you wish
When you are on holidays the last thing you want to do is sitting for hours in the kitchen by cocking.
You do not have to go to full restaurants every day during your stay and sitting with a lot of people at one place,
if you do not want.
What we would like to show you is how you can prepare some nice national snacks within minutes to your glass of wine on your terace of your apartment.
Nearly all our apartments in Rome and Florence has a full equipped kitchen and sometimes a beautiful terrace
Thinly slice a baguette; arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 220 degrees C until lightly golden, about 7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Toss 1/2 pound peeled shrimp with 1 tablespoon each chopped chives and parsley, 1 teaspoon each red pepper flakes and lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of cayenne. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread marinara sauce on the toast rounds. Top with the shrimp; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped chives.
