Not only New York is a city that never sleeps – also Rome offers a lot of bars, lounges and clubs for every taste! We selected the top 3 just for you as a small nightlife guide! wink Enjoy and feel free to share!

1. Anima

rome anima club

The Anima bar-club is certainly popular for an international crowd at late night. Especially at weekend after midnight the club can get really crowded, as the starting time for most people there is 1 pm. The club offers a broad music range at the dance floor. Additionally, you can find a chilling lounge with couches and beds upstairs. The entrance in this bar is free, which is actually quite untypical. You can even enjoy sushi until 10 p.m. at the bar. Happy hour takes place daily from 9pm until midnight. Student with a valid ID get discounts. Prices range from 3€ for a shot to 8€ for a cocktails – so quite human prices ;)

Address: Via Santa Maria dell'Anima Centro Storico, Rome, 186

2. ReRe

rome rere

ReRe is a quirkly wine bar with the colour red and a lot of animal prints. It’s squiggled, baroque and glittering interior makes it a flirty romantic spot. As it is a wine bar, the wine list is packed with a lot of good and delicious wines. Also the food menu is quite broad. From salad to apple pie – nearly everbody should find something in this beautiful bar.

Address: Via Flaminia, 475 – 00191 Roma

3. Bartaruga

rome bartaruga

Bartaruga is a chic bar preferred by local beauties. Its interior is kept in a baroque style underlining the costly drinks. The bar is located in a lovely piazza in a wonderful neighborhood. The median age of the crowd ranges between late 20s and 40s. Therefore, the music is rather classical and contains modern jazz and sometimes even live piano sessions. A beer may cost 6€ and a cocktail more than 10€. On the weekend it is of course more crowded, but especially when the weather outside isn’t that good, the bar gets more and more crowded.

Address: Piazza Mattei 8, Rome
