In October, Marbella will be the location of a huge four-day walk for people from all over the world. It starts at the 10th of October at “Las Terrazas del Puerto Deportivo” and ends at the 13th of October again at the same place. The weather at this point in time is just perfect for this adventure, since October has still nice temperatures.
 

Basically everybody can participate. The fee for the whole 4 days amounts to 40 €. It is also possible to select single days. Participants then have to pay 12,50 € per day. For the participation you just have to register at their Homepage.

There are two different routes available, from which participants can choose – 20 km and 30km. Both begin daily between 9 and 9.30 and you have to be back at 5 p.m. to make sure that you get the necessary document for the next day. Hence, everybody can select their own speed; the only condition is to be back at 5.

Before

Participants should be aware of the distance, they resolved to walk. Therefore, it is advisable to get used to walking. Doing some training in advance is necessary to keep up with the others. Nevertheless, ambulances and medical assistance will be available along the way. Bring appropriate clothes and food and beverage to make sure that your body won’t give up at the middle of the route.
 

If you consider these simple rules, the 4days walk will be a great experience for you to combine a nice vacation with your personal adventure.
