Bunkers del Carmel

One can get one of the best views of Barcelona on top of Turó de la Rovira – Bunkers of Carmel.
During the Civil War in 1938, the Bunkers were built as an anti-aircraft fortifications. With its perfect vantage point, it allowed people to have an 360º overview of Barcelona, resulting in the perfect surveying point.
Tibidabo

Tibidabo, Barcelona's own amusement park, attracts all age groups. Standing on a hill of a height of 512m, it is the highest point in all Barcelona.
Next to its amusement park, one can also visit the Expiatory Church of the Sacred Heart. This catholic church of neo-gothic style is probably the most visible structure in Barcelona at night.
Museo Nacional d’Art de Catalunya (MNAC)

The Catalan National Museum of Art is housed in Palau Nacional, which was built in 1929.
MNAC has a wide collection of different works from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque art, as well as some collections from the 19th and 20th century.
On its rooftop, visitors have two different viewpoints with a 360º view on Barcelona's skyline. One can spy a range of incredible monuments, such as the Sagrada Familia to the Agbar Tower and the buildings of the Olympic village, to the facilities that make up the Olympic Village.
Park Güell

Also located on Carmel hill, Park Güell is Barcelona's famous public park system, composed of gardens, architectural buildings and other elements.
In the beginning of the 20th century, Eusebi Güell commissioned Antoni Gaudí to build a housing site for the upper class citizens. After the failure of the project and Güell's death, the City Council of Barcelona bought the land and turned it into an extraordinary public park.
Famous for its curvy benches, covered in colourful mosaic, visitors can sit down and have a break, while enjoying the panoramic view over Barcelona.
Gaudí's fascination for nature is apparent in all the sculptures throughout the park, as they resemble of different animals, flowers, and so on.
La Pedrera rooftop

La Pedrera, actually called Casa Milá after the businessman who commissioned it, got its name due to its uneven stone wall façade (the Stone Quarry).
Casa Milá has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984.
Visitors can admire the building during the day and night. During the day, one can visit the roof-terrace with its stairways and incredible chimneys, Espai Gaudí, the Pedrera apartment, the courtyards, and exhibition hall.
During summer, short concerts are being hold on the rooftop, where you can also enjoy the view above Barcelona and its fascinating light shows at night.
