Located in Eixample, one of the most populated districts in Barcelona, the apartment in the heart of designer shops and nightlife center. From here, you can reach to city’s nerve center, Plaza de Cataluña, as well as Arc de Triomf.

- Casa Batlló: built in 1977, and restored and renovated in 1904-1907 by Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol. It is a figurehead of Catalan Modernism.
- Paseo de Gracia: The Paseo de Gracia is arguably the most famous street in Barcelona and is great for tourists as it contains everything you could possibly desire, from architecture to clothes shops.
- Plaza Universitat: The square is a wide esplanade, which is usually a meeting point for friends and acquaintances in the district, and a starting point for many walking tours. From here, you can easily travel to many interesting places in the area, right in the center of Barcelona on foot or by public transportation.
