You want to live in the heart of the city and reach everything in walking distance. The apartment is located on one of the main streets in Barcelona, next to famous sights. If you do wish to use public transport, the stops are just a couple of minutes away. No surprise that the overall location rating of the apartment is as high as 9.8/10.
You are a group of friends or a family. The two double bedrooms and sofas in the living room accommodate up to 6 people, so this is the perfect apartment for groups of friends or families with kids.
You want to stay in a modern design place. The apartment is stylish, modern and minimalist with not too much of anything, and exactly enough of everything!
Main sights nearby
The apartment is located in the Eixample area, which is famous for its’ grid pattern of the streets, original facades of each building and is filled with countless bars, restaurants, boutiques, and architectural sights.
Paseo de Gracia – 0.01 km.
The famous street is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona and is a tourists’ favorite, as you can find there anything from beautiful architecture to clothes stores.
Casa Batlló – 0.08 km.
One of Barcelona’s beautiful sights, Casa Batlló was built in 1877 and from 1904 to 1906 it was restored and remodeled by the famous Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol. It is now a very popular architectural gem for visitors in Barcelona.
La Pedrera – 0.54 km.
La Pedrera, which is also known as Casa Milà, became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1984. This is the building Antoni Gaudí had worked on before he completely dedicated himself to the Sagrada Familia.
