In this edition of Featured apartment of the Month, we will present you Barcelona Premium. It is by far one of our most luxurious accommodations in Barcelona.
Location:
Located in Eixample, the city centre, this area is known for its luxurious boutiques, numerous exclusive restaurants, and cafés.
Next to the gastronomical adventure in Eixample, it is best known for its Modernista architecture, and home for many Gaudí buildings, such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and of course La Sagrada Familia.
This apartments is located just a few blocks away from Paseo de Gracia, between Bruc Street, Provença Street and Mallorca Street.

Our main sights nearby:
- La Pedrera: also known as Casa Milà, became a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984. It was the last building Gaudí worked on, before he completely dedicated himself to the Sagrada Familia. The architecture is only a few minutes away from the apartment.
- Paseo de Gracia: The Paseo de Gracia is arguably one of the most famours street in Barcelona and is great for tourists as it contains everything you could possibly desire, from architecture to clothes shops.
- Casa Batlló: built in 1977, and restored and renovated in 1904-1907 by Antoni Gaudí and Josep Maria Jujol. It is a figurehead of Catalan Modernism.

Situated in a beautiful neoclassical building with big windows and balconies, this designer apartment is flooded with natural light.

It features two bedrooms, one double bed and two twin beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The accommodation was completely refurbished and tastefully fitted in 2014/2015.
