Torre Agbar
The Torre Glòries, known as a Torre Agbar is a 38-story skyscraper/tower. It is blue and red illuminated tower is located in Plaza de las Glorias. It took its name from Castilian Aguas de Barcelona. The building looks like a geyser reaching the sky above Barcelona. For now, it is the highest building in Barcelona until Sagrada Familia finished. It is much better to see it at night when it is illuminated and the 4.500 glass panels are changing their color and it makes it really impressive.
Visit the beach
Bogatell beach is a really nice option to getaway. During the Summer it is the best beach for those who are looking to enjoy a more quiet and familiar atmosphere than the other beaches in the city. During Autumn and Spring is windy so you will be able to see surfers practicing. Always a walk on the beach is very relaxing.
Visit the Parc Central del Poblenou
Poblenou´s park opened in 2008 and was designed by French architect Jean Nouvel. It is surrounded by a high perimeter wall which is covered with flowering creepers. Also, there are 4 play areas for children with tennis tables and climbing frames and tables so it would be a perfect place to visit with the family and friends also. There are a lot of trees and a really good atmosphere to enjoy a sunny day there. The entrance is free.
