Feria de Abril 2018 en Madrid
"La feria de abril" takes its origins from the "feria de abril de Sevilla" in the region of Andalusia in the south of Spain. It usually starts on a monday at midnight and runs for 6 days during which you can eat tapas, drink and dance "sevillanas".
In Madrid the feria takes place in the Wizink center and last 2 days: 13th & 14th of April.

EDP Rock "N" Roll Madrid Marathon
On April 22th Madrid will host its famous marathon again, which is one of the most important sport events nationwide. For the 40th time athletes can turn their laps in Spain’s capital. Participants can either take part in a full-out marathon, a half marathon or also a 10K run – so there a different distances for people of all kinds of fitness levels. But there won’t just be people racing around to watch: a great supporting programm is planned containing live music on more than 20 stages, tasty food and drinks etc. Therefore the Madrid Marathon will be a real big sporting celebration.

Retiro Park
"El Parque del Buen Retiro" ( Shortened "el Retiro") Is definitly the most famous park of Madrid. The "Retiro Park" is a large and popular 1.4 km2 (350 acres) park at the edge of the city center, very close to the Puerta de Alcalá and not far from the Prado Museum. A magnificent park, filled with beautiful sculpture and monuments, galleries, a peaceful lake and host to a variety of events, it is one of Madrid's premier attractions. The park is entirely surrounded by the present-day city.
