Apartments in Barcelona away from the noise of the city center: There are lovely terraces – the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
There are 9 different apartments in this building: one on the ground floor, and on the 1st to 4th floors each two. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and feature 4 or 6 people. Every apartment, except the one on the ground floor, has its own balcony or terrace where the guest can enjoy a sunny breakfast or a bottle of wine in the evening.
ADN 22 apartment – living room
The elegantly furnitured apartments are flooded with light and modern designed. Every apartment has an open kitchen which is fully equipped, and a nice living room with a 2 person sleeper sofa and a Flat screen TV. In the living area, there is also a dining table for 4 (or 6) person. The bathrooms include a toilet, shower, and a washbasin. There is also a Nespresso machine in every apartment.
The ADN building is located in Sants-Montjuïc, close to Plaça España (5min walking distance) at the foot of the Montjuïc hill and next to the meeting point for business and trade, Barcelona Fira. On Montjuïc, there are many great places to discover as the majestic Palau Nacional where the National Art Museum of Catalonia, with local visual art, is located as well as the Foundation Joan Miró. Barcelona's magic fountain, which is just below the Palau, designed by Carles Buigas, offers 4th time a week (Thursday to Sunday) a fantastic musical light and water show at night.
There is also the Olympic Stadium, the Montjuïc Castle and the Poble Español de Barcelona. The last sight is an old, little village in Barcelona where you have to pay for visiting it (Adults: 12; Infants: 7; Students: 9,50 Euro). But it is definitely worth it! From the Montjuïc Castle you have an amazing view over the city and the sea.
Montjuic Palau
All other sightseeings can be easily reached by metro. The next metro stations are Plaça de Sants (L1/L5) or Plaça España (L3/L1).
If you want to do a sightseeing trip with Barcelona Bus Turístic (Red Route), you can find a stop right in front of the building.
In addition, at Plaça España, there is the shopping center las Arenas where you can find everything the heart desires: shops, boutiquets, cafes, restaurants ect. On the top of the building, you have an amazing 360º view over the city.
Imagine that after a day of sightseeing you return to the apartment late. Your legs and feet are hurting and tired and you don't want to go out for dinner. No problem! There is a big supermarket, called supercore, right in the same street which is open from 8am-2am. So you can enjoy dinner on the sofa or sitting on your lovely balcony.
If you want to take out your friend or love for dinner, there is also a nice restaurant in the street. It is called Bodega Monumental and offers several tapas and menus.
