The autumn does not slow Madrid down. In November there is going to be lots of different kind of events and happenings, and here is our guide to the best of them.
JAZZMADRID
The third Madrid International Jazz Festival is organized again this November. The festival starts 25th of October and continues until 30th of November. During the festival there is going to be concerts, cinemas and other events almost every day around Madrid. Some of the events are free, but for most of them you have to buy a ticket.

Restaurants Against Hunger
This is the sixth year when The NGO, Action Against Hunger and The Spanish Hotel and Catering Federation are organizing together the Restaurants Against Hunger. The chef Joan Roca is the patron chef of this years’ event and the slogan for the year is “The most nourishing dishes, as they will not only feed the diners, but they will also contribute to feeding those at risk of hunger”.
The Restaurants Against Hunger is going on until 15th of November. Participating is easy: look for a restaurant that is part of the campaign, and order the solidarity dish or menu.
Madrid Horse Week
Madrid Horse Week from 24th to 27th of November is the biggest horse riding event held in Spain. The Show Jumping World Cup was organized in Madrid for the first time in November 2014 and every year ever since that. Go and enjoy top level sports, and see the most talented horses and riders in the world.

Football match
Atlético de Madrid is playing against Real Madrid CF on Saturday 19th November. The match is going to be played at the Vicente Calderón Stadium. In this match Atlético de Madrid will have their chance to grab the points from Real Madrid and make their fans happy.

The Art of The Brick: DC Super Heroes
This exhibition recreates some of the most famous DC Comics characters. The 120 sculptures are made of Lego pieces by a Nort American lawyer named Nathan Sawaya. The exhibition includes a real size Batmobile (5.5 meters long) and all the legendary super heroes as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman.
The exhibition is at the Fernán Gómez Cultural Centre’s exhibition hall and it is open until 5th of February. You can buy the tickets here.
