Inside the apartment
Garden Apartment has the overall area of 100 m2, with a comfortable lounge that is full of natural light. Large windows in the living room are next to the balconies with a view to Les Jardines de la Torre de les Aigües (small park). This is a children's public swimming pool in the courtyard and it is open to the public in July and August.
The kitchen is bright, spacious and fully equipped. The dining room is for 6 people and it is perfect for having dinner with your family or friends.

This was a fabulous apartment for a long weekend break. Its central location meant we could easily walk to many of the lovely attractions in Barcelona and for the one person in our party that had mobility issues, the metro one & a half blocks away get us the flexibility we needed. The apartment itself is lovely – proper relaxing sofa space for 5 people and a fully equipped kitchen which meant we could easily do lunch/supper on a couple of occasions no problem. Highly recommend this place.
Location
The apartment is located on Consell de Cent Street between Roger de Lluria Street and Bruc Street. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by amazing cafes and authentic restaurants. We recommend the Reñé Café-Bar and Restaurant, an old confectionary factory that is now one of the most famous bakeries in Barcelona. Also, two blocks away from the apartment is a local open-air market `La Concepcio' which has just about everything you would need for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. 
The apartment is 10 minutes walk away is the lively Ramblas and 7 minutes walk away is Plaza Catalunya. It is also 5 minutes walking distance from Paseo de Gracia, the most beautiful shopping street with luxury shops and some of the most famous Gaudi houses.
Gaudí's architectural masterpieces that you can visit nearby are Casa Batlló – beautiful curving dragon-roofed apartment block that is now a museum, and Casa Milà – that was the last private residence designed by Gaudí.
