A new month arrived and it’s time to put a new featured apartment under the spotlight! Featured apartment of November is our lovely newly listed jewel – Grace 2. This 110 m² apartment is a true catch for bigger groups of people – families or friends.
A tour inside
Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by a spacious and bright fully equipped kitchen and dining room area. A dining table for 8 people will be the perfect place to eat dinner with your family or friends after exploring Barcelona all day.
Take a right and a charming living room will show up. Due to the huge balcony and two double doors to enter it, the room is especially bright and luminous. Brownish, gold and blue tones create a beautiful atmosphere of the room to relax in.
The corridor on the left upon entering the apartment leads to the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms, which comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Master bedroom, which you can see on the top right corner of the photo below, has a bathroom en-suite. There are 2 more double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony, while the other one’s balcony is an inside one.
Situated in a traditional Barcelona Eixample neighbourhood building, the apartment preserves the original high ceilings, cute balconies, and an internal gallery, all of which make it a bright, calm and charming place for your Barcelona getaway.
The overall design of the apartment shows how modern details can go hand in hand with the traditional vintage style of Eixample building and create a magical result.
Speaking about useful and necessary features of the apartment, it has both central air conditioning and central heating, which means that it will be a lovely place to cool down during hot season as well as a cozy place to warm up when it gets chillier. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is high-speed wifi, washer, dryer – anything you might need.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Barcelona – Eixample. An area with true Barcelona spirit, very iconic, very diverse, and always full of life.
From traditional restaurants and tapas bars to foreign cuisine places, from art galleries to most famous sights in all Barcelona, from boutiques to famous clothes stores, Eixample has it all. You name it, and it’s there. The location of the apartment offers walking distance to such sights as Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and the famous street Paseo de Gracia. Metro and bus stops are easily accessible in just a couple minutes walk, which means that the connection to the rest of the city couldn’t be better.
